1. To book a voice lesson with Orya Deisraeli please contact her directly via Email.

 

2.No refunds are available after paying for a voice lesson.

 

3.Rescheduel a voice lesson:
If you feel  you need to recheduel  a lesson, or you know you cannot be on time for the lesson you set with Orya Deisraeli, Please send her an email prior to the lesson at least 24 hours before the lesson.

If you are sick and in a bad body condition in the same day your lesson should be done - please contact via email, and take Orya's advise.

In case you do not show to the lesson - you still fully pay for it.

 

4.Hence the lesson is being carried out online via Skype please do the following steps

to make sure the lesson goes fluently : 

See that you have a good connection and fast enough to carry out the communication.

Please make sure at least 1 hour before the lesson that all the technical gear that is needed in order to do the lesson is working and operating well. ( web camera, and Microphone)

Please dubble check the gear before by making a test c all on skype, or with some one near you.

By the time of the lesson - Orya will not be able to adress technical problems ( microphone or webcam), and if you have any - she will do her best to assist you in the time frame that is set.
